HIGHLIGHTS OF THE JOURNEY
Con Dao National Park is Vietnam’s leading destination for the successful implementation of sea turtle conservation and rescue programs. The park significantly contributes to the national and regional biodiversity strategy. In 2009, Con Dao National Park was recognized by the Vietnam Book of Records with two titles: the place that hatches and releases the most sea turtles back to nature in Vietnam, and the only national park in Ba Ria-Vung Tau with all types of ecosystems.
The Bảy Cạnh Lighthouse was built by the French in 1883, standing 352 meters tall with a 72 km operational radius. It has guided and helped thousands of ships navigate safely through the area.
